Your Role in the Process

This is your trip and although I will plan the details, it is your responsibility to do the following:


  • Provide accurate traveler information
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Review and approve proposals & invoices promptly
  • Verify all documents for accuracy (names, dates, etc.)
Client Onboarding Workflow
This is the process we will follow to book your travel....
  1. You will Complete The Travel Questionnaire
  2. You will Schedule Planning Call
  3. You will Pay the Research & Planning Fee
  4. We will Research & Plan Your Trip
  5. You will Receive Custom Itinerary Proposal
  6. Once You Approve the Itinerary
  7. You will Review, Authorize Invoices 
  8. We will Book Your Approved Itinerary
  9. We will Provide Your Final Documents
Research & Planning Fee

A professional planning fee is required to begin your itinerary research and design.  Fee details will be provided prior to engagement.
